Just click on the instruction form to the right. When the enlarged form comes into view, click the print button on your browser tool bar above. | |
The instruction includes the "typical" cuts available on a whole or side of beef. | |
If you are not one of our local customers, you can still use this form and give it to your local processing plant for your cutting instructions. | |
