These Clear, edible collagen casings are designed for a Smoked Slim Jim style sausage snack sticks and can be used for Fresh Pork Sausage, Fresh Breakfast Sausage and Smoked Frankfurters.

Sold in 50 foot lengths.  50 feet will stuff approximately 8 1/2 lbs. of raw meat.

They are 21 mm in diameter, and when they are finished smoke/cooking, they will be just a little larger in diameter than a Slim Jim.  (19mm = .748 inches. Approximately ¾ inch in diameter)

I just bought your 50 lb deer sausage kit and your 25 lb snack stick kit and some cheddar and pepper jack cheese. It is hands down the best tasting sausage I've ever ate. Your collagen casing do NOT need to be soaked in water before using.
[They can be soaked in water if you prefer - they can be stuffed dry or wet.]
