Dakotah Sausage Stuffer NOW AVAILABLE!
We are a firm believer in "water powered" stuffers. We believe it is the best way to stuff sausage and meat at home. Here at our meat processing plant, Jackson Frozen Food Locker, we use a water powered stuffer to stuff our smoked deer sausage, bratwurst and stuff ground beef and fresh pork sausage into "plastic" bags.
Our commercial Zuber water stuffer works on the exact same principle as the Dakotah Sausage Stuffer. Ours is just vertical instead of horizontal, holds more sausage/meat and is made out of stainless steel. And of course, the Zuber water stuffer cost considerably more than the Dakotah Sausage Stuffer! A new Zuber stuffer runs around $4,000.00. We've had our Website customers and in-store customers asking us for years to find and sell a high quality, affordable stuffer for home use. We've finally find it with Dakotah Sausage Stuffer! We also sell the Dakotah Sausage Stuffer Jerky Adaptor and the All-Around Jerky Maker. Ground jerky lovers have got to check out this amazing All-Around Jerky Maker as it transforms stuffers and grinders into ultimate jerky maker machines. The Dakotah Jerky Adaptor turns the Dakotah stuffer into a jerky maker. The picture to the right is the All-Around Jerky Maker. We would not recommend or sell the Dakotah Sausage Stuffer, Dakotah Jerky Adaptor or All-Around Jerky Maker unless we felt it was THE best, most affordable stuffer for home meat processors!

Click Here to See ALL of the Seasonings We Carry By purchasing our Pre-Mixed Seasonings, you usually do not have leftover seasoning to get old. This is the advantage of our Pre-Mixed Seasonings over buying individual spices - that you probably won't use up all the spices - as most recipes call for a teaspoon of this or a tablespoon of that.
You MAY modify our Pre-Mixed Seasonings to suit your own taste. For example, you may want to add
red pepper or add more garlic, etc.
When using our Pre-Mixed Seasonings for the 1st time, make small batches, making sure to WRITE down exactly what you used and what you did when making the batch. Later, when you eat the jerky from this batch, you will know what you did and what you used. You may then adjust the next batch to get the EXACT taste you desire!
